Can swagg ever be a good strain that just has some seeds in it.

Most of the weed coming into America from mexico is grown in extremely rural areas where there is no law enforcement to police the grows.. the growers are just simple farmers.. not the cartel.. but this is why the quality of the weed is so shitty.. other than it being a low yielding sativa strain, the way the weed is grown is in fields where no growing echniques are utilized to improve the bud or yield.. they dont even pull the male plants, hence all the seeds in shwag

I considered all that and agree this is likely. But farmers have been swapping good seeds in and bad seeds out for thousands of years. That's the great thing about seeds, they're made to propagate. I bet those poor Mexican farmers are getting some good genes. I also bet what they get is constantly improving until it's pretty close to what is available to growers in better circumstances.
