charges suck i'm up on 3 breaches and 2 assaulting peace officer, I just got back from court but thats okay my girl and some friends will have to harvest the outdoor crop this year. At least your out, it took me two weeks for bail hearing.No more drinking for me strickly weed and maybe some other drugs.

someone close to you my friend most likely...people hate you if you are better than they are at something or if they cant do it...i have had people try to screw me that i would have never thought would in a million years...ruin 15 year old friendships over them trying to steal from me when i would give if they would ask...sad what envy does to people you think you know...peace

Do you think you just might have let something slip to someone to let em find out or what? did they follow you from hydro store?(any info could give a heads up to other growers)
As for the tax right off i would bet my money on no, i would just file for bankruptcy and tell the credit cards to fuck off or give em .10 ti the dollar and try to get out of dept....
to me that seems like the least of your worries though...
p.s. we growers cover a wide range of people im sure by the end of today a tax specialist will give u all u need to know

this is sadly becoming a reality in todays society, home invasions! let me share a story that happened to me about 3 years ago.
first off the first rule is always tell no one! this includes but not limited too GirlFreinds!
now wives u have to decide on a personal level but i believe even there u have a liability.
back to the story me and my girlfriend (who doesnt smoke) for several years started having problems. she knew i grew but never to any extent or amount. Of course i always had cash and stayed going out with her, all is happy. well all of a sudden i started noticing her sneaking talking to her ex behind my back (why i dont know i shared everything i had with her and wanted her to be my wife). Dont get me wrong she came from a well off family and both her parents were doctors.so finally i confronted her about it and we argued and she couldnt come up with a reason for the infidelity so i said fuck it peace be with the broke bum
! We calmed down and talked and decided we should take a break. so a month goes by and i start dating again. she gets mad and decides to tell her ex where i live to cause problems (i didnt know at the time). one day at 1 am i go to get a drink out the fridge and hear something at the window. i can hear talking but cant see anything so i run to my room and grab my mossberg shotgun scared for my life. i hear the glass in one of my spare bedroom window break. i run outside and just start shooting inside the room they entered! they shoot back and miss im backing up letting them off, i see 3 individuals leave the room one being carried and they run off behind my house. im thinkin to myself o shit the cops are going to be here any sec and i have a grow going on. with my adrenaline running i quickly cut the fuse box into the room where the grow was and lock the deadbolt i had placed on the door. the cops show up 8 deep and 7 squad cars including the k9 unit. after they look around and take pictures they notify me the suspects were caught they had went to a local hospital i hit two of them. They also let me know i hit the next door neighbors house and i was going to be ticketed for wreckless conduct 
they ask to see all weapons i had and come across an empty bong. they tell me since they found that they have reason to search my whole house top to bottom. i say no i dont consent and they tell me i dont have to because they have propable cause! they begin tearing thru all my stuff asking how can i afford 3 flat screen tvs. home projector theater 200 gallon saltwater aquarium etc etc. Not finding anything out of the ordinary becuase it was locked away.(be prepared for anything trust me!) i am full on panicing like hey im the fuckin victim here! next thing a fire truck comes and they bring in the ladder and search my attic nothing! they get to the room with the locked door and tell me to open it i say i have to find my keys and considering the array u guys got my house in now it probably will take some time to find them. there sgt shows up i tell him exactly what happened and he tells me the reason for all this is because they have to look for drugs and large amounts of cash when these situations happen. i say well none i of that here and i really feel violated twice now and he tells them to wrap it up and i get a report and they leave. the next day the detective calls me with a list of the names of would be robbers low and behold one is my ex-girlfriends exboyfriend! no one died unfortunately! but i was able to end my lease and get me a house in the country far from the bullshit! long story short people who steal to get ahead dont deserve to be here with us!

Boevo yes my favorite season is here. The only problem with living in the country is i am so damn far from malls, major grocery chains, bars, and clubs. but i guess thats not a bad thing shit i can actually sit on the porch and
without any worries at all! o yeah got a couple dogs now too and i love them almost as much as they love me!

I think if you tried to write off too much of the shit that you bought with money from weed they could eventually get you on money laundering. the only way to write it off would be to funnel money into a different business and that is where the laundering would be taking place....
