Im gonna plug 'Dr Greens's' in Telford (Stafford Park Ind Est), Gavin the owner stocks some of the cheapest Nute & Additive prices ive seen in the whole country, most of his gear's cheap & he's Midlands. Canna Boost Accelarator £49 a litre, cheapest ive seen, Growlux Lamps £15 & i got 2 litres of VitaLinkMax for about £7.40, I think the Canna's under £10.
I got a litre of Rhizo for £16 & most of the other goods there are much cheaper than anywhere else ive seen in the Midlands Area or Anywhere for that! Good Luck! Couldnt forget DRG's

I only use Greens now if possible, even if it means paying a little extra over cheaper places here and there. The reason for this is that their customer service is amongst the best Ive known from any store hydro or not...for example I once had the fuse of my fan controller go on me and, bein abit of an idiot with that sort of thing, I couldnt find the correct replacement, I spoke to Growell (where I'd bought it from) & they said they couldnt help me, I then asked the lad at Greens, told him I hadnt bought it from them, but he still got onto manufacturers to find out & got two replacements sent, when I asked him how much he said for free!! Also the packaging is always good & discreet when it arrives (unlike other deliveries Ive had) and whenever anything has gone wrong, faulty lamps etc, they sort it no probs! defiantly my recommendation.

After all the good reports of Dr Greens I just tried ordering a box of 384 3" Grodan cubes and when it came to checkout there are no delivery options on this?? Do they only deliver small packages?

Gavin will get whatever you want im sure, if you got any problems give them a ring! He'll fix you up with what you want im sure, you may have to wait a few days but if he's short on stock he'll get it for you, give them a ring!

The the Customer service at DrGreens is second to none imo, very helpfull & if they aint got it in, they'll get it for you & at a price cheaper than most if not all!

I used to use growell all the time but i rekon their prices are not that competitive anymore and the service seems to have gone downhill a bit aswell.
Can't see how a small single outlet growshop can be cheaper than a company the size of growell, growell should be way cheaper but they are'nt. That said packages usually arrive on time and are discreetly boxed .

Never a good sign when you order a carbon filter from somewhere and the box arrives with the words "CARBON FILTER " plastered all over it !

You really dont sound it to be fair.

People rub me up the wrong way but seriously man thats a really stupid comment to make. I understand their pr1ks for not replacing it but is it worth killing a half dozen people for 5L bottle of bloom or whatever.

Dont say it unless your gonna go through with it and dont go through with it if you regret it.

Getting delivered to Ireland ive found that 3h and growell are tops.

Altough i hate the way 3ch puts on the tax when you go to heckout, its very misleading

Growell should be asshamed of themselves. they used to be a good store before they expanded. Was it Brad Apples daughter that took it over. what i heard, well whoever it was is clueless. you used to be able to ask for disscount over the counter, now i get ''computer say's nooo'', like something outa 'Little Brittain', so i took my business elsewhere, Growell are greedy these days & im sure have lost alot of customers because of their changes. Useless & sacked! Id rather give my money to the little guy, & the little guy is cheaper anyway, which is a complete pisstake imo! SACKED! Their customer Relations & Service is a complete joke!& dont bother asking for advice, you'll get either Bad or the Wrong advice, 90% of the time, believe me!

You guys should try Greens ..... good prices, delivery times to within an hour (and they're correct), you can even pay cash online ...Yeah really!

Service is second to none, I've taken failed fans and ballasts back, they test them to make sure they don't work then exchange them with no problem at all

I went in and bought some coco and acoustic ducting, got it home and it was soil and regular ducting ..... took it back, they exchanged the ductingl without a question, no coco in stock so they had it couriered out as soon as it was in stock

Their own range of digital ballasts are great, very polite knowledgeable staff

Try them you'll be pleased

I find greens horti abit on the expensive side, plus the stuff seems to be delivered by random people in cars which sketched me out a little. Growell are even more expensive.

These days i shop with progrow, a little expensive also but they have a better range of equipment than most places and a really nice shop too. 3ch, i get what i can from here but they don't keep everything, they are super cheap & fast, stealthy delivery, got a 5L bottle of ionic bloom for £5!!! the other day. Hydrohoobby looks to be another good one that i'll be using shortly.

Well I sent an email to Dr Greens and it's been over a week without a reply so I think I will go else where for my kit, maybe they are only any good if you live close by.

Yeah i def agree with you ,i did'nt realize they had been taken over by someone else .

Ask them for advice LOL forget that . i went in and asked them for something specific and they did'nt have any of it in and instead of saying they would get it in for me in x amount of time they just tried to flog me something else! waste of time ,i think i'll give them a miss now .

i wont be using 3c anymore

i bought a few bits and pieces from there recently

i paid for my stuff. got them to bag it up.

the sales guy handed me a bag which as i picked it up split and broke. the 5 litre bottle hit the floor and cracked.

i asked them to replace it, and they refused. made a big stink about it.

then a few days later took a load of ballasts back which were faulty (brand new i might add)

and i got a shit load of abuse about my attitude. what attitude????????????????

and i have took them over £20k's worth of custom in the last year. it wasnt my money, but more helping people out. them as a business, and others just trying to do their thing

I use greens for my equipment feeds and compost top service from them also if i want fans or anything ventialtion wise i use
justfans.co.uk they beat all the grow shop prices and have a nice selection

awesome as in they stock the gear your looking for at a good price? lets see where customer service and satisfaction come into it. nowhere

i used to deliver to them for another hydro company (wholesalers). they are good in some respects. but customer service is not 1 of them. i arrive with their goods, and nobody wants to help unload my van. even though the shop is empty. then they ask me to load my van up with stock they are returning.

i refused. told them they never helped me unload.

i use them for my supplies. but wont get into conversation with them. go in, ask for what i want. pay and leave.

i go to another shop and they load my van without me even asking
