Either way this all goes down, I'll be happy. Not on the stupid limits though for production.
I think that should only happen if you are using a commercial building, or farm with employees, and a business license, ect....
Otherwise, it's a plant, and more so an extremely beneficial and harmless one to many.
I say welcome it. California is the shit.
But what do you guys think the federal gov is going to take our big middle finger from behind with a smile?
I have a feeling there is going to be a little issue, and we are going to have to do this fighting the whole way (of course now but after if it passes). Has anyone heard if Obama, or anyone for that matter outside California politics has said anythign about this yet?

if the company is incorporated in CA then sue them in CA.

if they are a national corp maybe they can hide beyind some bullshit Federal law but not a state company. it would defy logic.
