Butane Purification

Butane contains some mystery oils, the whip 420 ml can have .003gr of oil. Maybe not a lot, but I want it out. You may know if you swallow certain poisons, they make you eat activated charcoal to absorb it. I'm trying an experiment. I'm running my first run of butane into activated charcoal, then back into the butane tank, removing the mystery oils. Opinions and suggestions to improve my system would help a lot, thanks.

Make sure you only use, Puretane N-Butane Food-Grade Refined butane.

We get the mystery oil into the PPB levels by distilling it. I would do that first, even if I did use charcoal later.
