is that a fact HGO? mind you if your standing up in court with 12 plants i dont care if your grow rooms like Nasa its not gonna be the same as if you got 300 plants surely?
Man,that must be some pretty decent weed at 24%,not bad.Dont know about elsewhere,but where im at they dont check %s of THC.They just go by weight and number.Depending on the number as everyone knows can make it State or Federal.No reason though in this thread to go ballistic and call names or anything.Some people just dont know what they are speaking of,but its no reason for hate,imo.Peace and Stay Safe,DancesWithWeed
Surely you've seen the news reports, the police like to publicise how sophisticated the grow is first and plant numbers next, of course it all add's up but they like to make a point of going harder on the more advanced your grow room is, do a search on google news for: sophisticated cannabis grow, and read the news reports that come up

Here's an actual quote from a Judge on the 13'th of October, this year, just last week.
“But you have pleaded guilty to growing cannabis, in a reasonably sophisticated set-up which you researched on the internet.
“Whatever else you can say about this particular offending, it is not something that can happen by chance.
“I will make the sentence in this case as short as I can, but you must go to prison for six months.”
The guy had 18 plants and the judge never mentioned how much he was growing but rather that he was using a sophisticated setup and had done research for the grow, it's ridiculous, and the judge had the malice to call cannabis a dangerous drug, what about all the known killer pharmaceutical legal drugs out there? The prick, just goes to show how truly uneducated they are about cannabis.

on the other hand i read a story about some guy getting busted with 100g of soapbar (europlatte) hash and the thc content was so low, alltogether it was well under the 7,5grams and he got off with a slap on the wrist LOL.

Yeah,some places do.But i know first hand where im at how the Feds do it.I went through it, and i had 6 1000s and my setup was very nice,but they didnt factor in that,just how many plants i had.I cant believe they took my Treating Yourself magz and my two Signed Editions of IC Mag,but they didnt get the sweet DVDs that came with them.I had ECSD,FFA,ChemD,SourBubble,BoggleGum,OGKush Haze and many more, that had to of had a sweet THC %tage.But the number of lights or the sick resiny buds werent a factor in sentencing.I wanted my damn Magz Back though,they arent illegal!But i guess in some States a big grow with all the bells and whistles can look like a UFO to some Judges and scare the crap out of them,lol.Peace and stay Safe,DancesWithWeed
