yup kinda sux when 1 day you got nice fat kolas and with in a week they look like a war zone from plucking them bud eatn bastards and the damage they have done.

Pick up some Safers Caterpillar Spray-- It is safe, as BT, the active ingredient is completely harmless to Mammals-- They carry it pretty much in any Garden Shop--
I use it every year...and it is very effective...however you have to reapply every 2 weeks or so--
I second kmk's suggestion. I've had a few outdoor crops get demolished by those damn caterpillars. This last year someone reccomended I use Safer Caterpillar Spray. I used it every two weeks regardless if I saw actual caterpillars or not. If I saw white moths and butterfly's in the air, then that was enough for me to begin my application every two weeks. It works like a charm.
