Looks like Botrytis (Bud Rot) to me. It's a bitch to fight off if you are outdoors. I thought I had it under control with this spray I was using, come out the next day and had to chop down two plants.
Nope, it's certainly not grey mold (Botrytis cinerea), this doesn't sporulate, not even grey, altought there was also some of it on the same batch of plants this must be something else, and it must have a name too.
hmm, yeah guess you're right, I have had that kind before too, at the same time as botrytis, I just assumed it was the same thing. I would treat it like botrytis tho.
