fuck fuck fuck. Landlord called me today, 2 months into a 1-year lease, said she wants me to list the property (I became a realtor after being inspired by Julian's thread) I said June 1st would be cool as I'm not keen on living in a property that's on the market, already played that game a few months ago and it's a bitch even without the med grow aspect. She said no, I want it listed now and I'll give you 45 days notice once we get an offer, or I'll get another realtor. I pretty much said good luck, see you in eviction court. Looks like I have 48 days minimum if she starts the ball tomorrow, might be able to drag it out though. This sucks.

Got the call from another Realtor today, lined up a buddies house, turns out he had an empty room ready to go with a UC system sitting empty, gonna rent a box truck and move 'em, wish me luck guys.
