Breeding autoflowerers?

That's one of the risks by letting them go longer than they should, youll end up with rot and mold. But then you're way up north,so obviously the condition are extreme, and then you gotta dust fairly early,so better a fewer ripe seeds then a bunch of unripe no!

I pollinate very early (at about 3 weeks into 12/12) and still get plenty of seeds :good: :canabis:

Thanks, and welcome to AUTOFLOWERING forum.

The females usually don't start producing flowers until the third week. I'd say keep them healthy, and do a pollination BOMBING on the fifth week, when they are going almost full tilt.

Then, wait the four, even five weeks (for best results) for the seeds to develop. You get a maximum of seeds, and a maximum of ripe, fertile seeds. Keep giving ferts during seed development, especially micronutes (Fe, Mn, Zn, B, etc...), chelated, if possible, to pack everything into those little treasures. If you can do it all right, the first two weeks without any nutes should be a breeze.
