It's either rock trees or trays. I'm almost in the same spot with a 11'x11'x8' room.
I'm leaning towards 3 trays on rollers with some room left for equipment near the door. May or may not double stack, depending on cooling.
Trees would work too, but the turn around and the necessity to veg in the room is turning me off on the idea.
