organic growers especially, if you are bringing in clones, even if they are coming from a medical dispensary, check them EXTREMELY closely for spider mites and eggs. a pre-treatment probably wouldn't be a bad idea.
i made the mistake of trusting an OMMP's clones and now i'm having to deal with spider mites! i've had them before and unless you factor them into your grow and are OK with a certain amount in/around your final product, organic methods don't seem to work very well. it seems more worthwhile for indoor growers to simply scrap everything, bleach your rooms and start using sterilized media inoculated with clean beneficials and amended with compost/castings that have been lab tested and verified clean rather than just using cheapo bales of promix that are likely infested from sitting around outside for months.
