the timerbox has 4 240v outlets in it and can handle 30 amps it was custom built. so if i run a 240v extension from each outlet to the ballast i should be good to go. and the ballast will be close to the hood.
Ballast wont reach outlet......are extension cords dangerous??

i dont think with the ballast to lamp extension You would have a problem firing lumateks or and phantoms or they would not make this cords in the first place.. all made by hydrofarm RIght ?
