Two WR x WR in flower show male.

Likely the WR x WR 02 and F20302 x P1 females in flower will be pollinated
by both Agent Lemon and WR x WR.

Same goes for the females WR x WR. No cuts kept.

When all them female seeded plants are mature, the seeds will be collected
and stored together as a mixed batch

The main thrust is collecting pollen from the WR x WR males, natch

The Agent Lemon stretch past the lights, topped, will continue flower.

The WR x WR males dropping pollen like it was their job.

Collecting pollen from these males like its my job, lol.

I'd like to hear from pollen chuckers and their take on short term pollen storage.

I've had success with collecting pollen on sheets of foil, letting it dry in a low humidity (<50%) environment for a few days, then storing in paper packets and vacuum sealing with a dessicant packet enclosed, should keep in the fridge for a couple of weeks or in the freezer for years.

Pretty much exactly as @aliceklar just described. I've had pollen this way in the freezer still viable for about two years.

Great replies, am stoked for the potential cross.

Thank you very much for the rep!

Keeping fresh pollen.

Cooked some all purpose flour at 200F @20 minutes.

About a half teaspoon, after it cooled, i mixed in the pollen, about a eighth teaspoon.

Will hold in fridge in glass container with some desiccant pack until the SBR are ready.

We'll see.

Took some F20302 cuts, transplanted rooted SBR cuts to 16oz cups.

Those SBR cuts will be flipped as soon as they take root in the 16oz cups.

Will pollinate them with the WR x WR pollen kept in fridge.

SBR x (WR x WR).

WR x WR 02 and F20302 x P1 females in flower pollinated
by both Agent Lemon and WR x WR.

They dusted old school style, shaking males over the females, lol.

The seeds from both them plants will be mingled for future pops.
No way to know which is which.

There were six, three WR x WR and three Agent Lemon males in flower.

A sausage fest, so to speak.

Culled all the WR x WR females, no interest at this time.

No Agent Lemon pollen kept at this time, there is one in veg rooting,
the other two Agent Lemon rooting fell to rot.

If the method I employed to keep pollen is successful, I will be happy.

The WR x WR 02 plant was further along and therefore seeded greatly.

The F20302 x P1 was only a couple weeks since flip, there are seeds,
but we'll see if they are worthy.

Both these plants will flower to mature the seeds, after harvest will likely just toss the spent buds.

Took cuts of the Cacao Kush 02 a couple weeks ago, they rooting.

An old school vibe, a nice day ender, very smooth, nice flavor too.

Also a few F20302 x P1 cuts rooting.

The SBR transplanted to 16 oz cups will be a couple weeks before I flip.

There are three, likely will hold one in veg and flip two to pollinate
with the WR x WR pollen held in fridge.

Nice! Where I've done pollinations on plants that were v early in flower, I've found the buds continue developing around the intitial fertilised flowers, plus a few seeds on early pre-flowers in the joints. Seeds I've made this way have been good quality, and large, just few in number, so I have high hopes that you will get some decent results. You might even get some smokable buds from the F20302 x P1 :)

Yup.

Dusted that F20302 x P1 with the stored WR x WR pollen the other day.

Paint brush style.

She will have seeds from both the Agent Lemon as well as the WR x WR.

I may cure the seeded buds from the WR x WR 02 and F20302 x P1 for stash.

Old school style, lol

Thanks, your sharing is very interesting.😉

I do what I can with what I have.

Been flowering and making crosses ten years now and have cultivars that I love.

I believe a grower should have goals for crosses with store bought seeds as well as
acuity to bring out the best with given cultivars on hand.

All flowered with 165w PLL.

Will be switching to LED PLL bubs as fluorescent replacement is no more.

Perhaps you can reccomend a light set up for my rig.

So can you tell me how many watts you want the light to be and how much area to cover?😉
