I have powdery mildew, I have to harvest the stickiest sour rocket 60 . Interesting how the same sticky pheno is more sensible to this disease.
Usually , I spray water with 10% bleach to destroy it . But in growing stage not on maturing stage . So, it's played .
Some Sour Rocket 60 x deimos seeds , really big ones :

Does powdery mildew F up the seeds at all?
no, you can use bleach to clean the seeds with a lower concentration.. 5% before you germinate them, or dip them into some fungicid also, that can be useful if you germinate in soilmix
It works at 10% to eradicate powdery mildew . I used that last year .

Yes , I pollinated just few flowers on lower branches .
How many seeds ? On which plant ?
From 4 seeds to around 150/200 seeds per plant .
If you wish, I do pictures so you can count them !
This one is the biggest lot of seeds Deimos F2 from the short and squad Deimos mother . And there s still some on a branch .
EDIT: 163 seeds on the pict !

Great to know all this. I’m planning on pollen chucking and playing with making seeds.
Going from your numbers it seems that the amount of seeds is plentiful!
Play with genetic ! Make seeds like a good habit .
Vigilance is required .
Save your best genetics . Do experiments !
And there's always a friend or a friend from a friend in lack of seeds .

This one is really good,( plant & strain), strong and fast (the last popped more than 10 days after the Deimos). I must to work the line to fix the taste and smell and to improve the harvest .
Its green grapefruit smell can make you crazy .

Lovely plants! Lovely work with genetics! I love autos, maybe its my location, +60 north, +15c now in morning and 25c or more today, perfect spring here..

I did not because it is not advised . But this is an idea .
I was thinking to make a try soon or later . ( trying to cut apex after 4 pairs of leaves ) . In general I prefer to tied them .
By the way, this is the first time I make an sca so big .
The male chosen for this generation was really nice . It was around same date last year :
Very few selected F3 seeds to make a better amount of F4 seeds .
