Curious, anyone know what you get when you cross an autoflower with a regular photoperiod strain?

Do you get one or the other or no determinable result???

The photo allele is dominant. F1s all trigger on daylength, F2s split 1/4 auto and 3/4 photo.

At least, with the most common photo and auto genes. There may be exceptions. The F1s often also trigger with shorter nights than the P1 photos.

It all depends how you select from the resulting seeds. Select Auto phenos and that's what you'll get.
Select normal plants and that's what you'll get. This pic I found a while back explains this better.
It's for creating an Auto Northern Lights.

Substitute the Northern Lights with anything else and you get the picture.;)
