Am journaling a garden and would like to have a link to it embedded in all my posts. How? Can't find an option in my Account, etc.

Just simply type into the search box in the top right-hand corner the name of the post you want. When your old post pops up, just select, copy and paste it into the new account you want to show.
You can't embed it into all post. You can have a hyperlink in your signature which shows in all your posts. I have 3 in my sig.
