Kill Aphids With Soapy Water
To start, you can spray the leaves of the infested plant with a strong stream of water to rinse off all of the aphids that you see. Then wash the leaves with a weak solution of mild liquid soap and water. Soapy water kills aphids on contact. Google

Good suggestion from Creeperpark.

I'll just add that the soapy water kills only the adult form. If the aphids have laid eggs it will not kill the eggs.

Any eggs present will hatch in about 7 days, so re-apply soapy water about a week later to kill any newly hatched aphids.
