Who cares what the rest of the USA thinks as California is going to lead the way without the rest of the country. I sincerely think that Californians will vote in favor of legalization and leave everybody's jaw dropping. Then the shit will hit the fan! lol

If marijuana is rescheduled to a sched ii or better, it is the same as all 50 states simultaneously legalizing mmj at the state level, and then it's better because it's also legal at the federal level.

In effect, rescheduling is WAY better than any one state legalizing.
