anyone chop sour diesel at 60 days

i always cut around 70 days maybe a little more....a friend who grows the same strain always cuts at 60 or maybe like 58 or something...but these are ny clones.....

i would say this...... your plants are beautiful but i don't think what your growing is the ny clones, infact your plants look more sativa influenced... for sure you can go longer (if of course possible with the bugs)

couldn't really see the damage in the earlier pics. its a wash at this point your leaves are destroyed. you may as well chop now your plants aren't growing anymore and if so veeeeery slowly. i had similar issues with a lowland oaxaca mites love it, destroyed all the leaves before i killed em all. plant went another 3 weeks past that. never did anything else except slowly die. your leaves look like mine did.

just chop it. its for all intents and purposes, done.

I wouldn't feel too bad, whichever sour you have there has been ravaged.Every one that grows sour eventually runs into this problem. You could almost use a sour as a mite attractant and keep her in the corner as a sacrifice. The sour virtually comes with mites, or they'll find it.I've won some and I've lost some, growing perfect sour D is not as easy as it might seem. When you start a garden of sour you should assume you have mites and act accordingly and thoroughly.I'm sure you've looked at them under a microscope, they hang everywhere even in the deepest part of the resin filled flower clusters. If it's not too bad I don't mind smoking it at all, just don't use neem oil towards the end to deter them because you will ruin your buds.Yukon, this post was directed to everybody with sour interests, not you in particular.:)We've all seen the many great grows you've had going over the years so those of us who've been around a bit know it's a commom problem, not grower error.

I got a nasty batch of mites on some nyc sour d, but came in on the clones. Went nuclear and think I eradicated them .. bummer to think having the sour d might just bring them around again.

Keep hitting them with Spinosad weekly into 12 days of flower and you should be alright.I rec'd some clones once that had over 50 live mites and over 200 eggs laying on the bottoms of the leaves. They rooted up, looked ugly and I used the Spinosad and floramite combo.I've watched Spinosad(an organic alt) kill a mite under a microscope rather quickly, so I know it's effective but don't dunk with it. Just spray, for some reason I dunked my cuts in that stuff once and they all had burn spots and slowed growth.I'm pretty damn sure Spinosad kills every bug that pesters cannabis.I use the Capt Jacks deadbug version. That'll take care of the bugs then the growing is up to you!:) Believe me, I'm no wizard.
