I knew diesel engines charged batteries to run electric engines that drive the wheels. I found info on how all this works to share with the group here. I am no expert on any of this stuff so here is a link. There is about 13 short pages to read.

hop the train when its stopped or moving very slowly.people have lost limbs trying to board a swift moving train.its not like in the movies.
grab train pull up with arms...I seen some Mexicans that just appear to put their arm out and bam their aboard...lol ..I learned from the best......
