My suggestions? Dont do it in Dallas/anywhere in Texas. It blows. Take her to Colorado where there is some real snow and do it there. Remember, shes going to remember 'that moment' for the rest of her life.

If you do decide to do it somewhere in Texas, I'd personally take her to do something fun/out of the ordinary and go to a fun/nice restaraunt with a view (has to be in a tall building in texas haha). afterwords its up to you. Youre a creative motherfucker.
