I have a RO system installed in my house but still collect rain water using my method of a blue tarp purchased at walmart hanging over directly into a 50 gallon industrial lined barrel and then once it gets full it gets drained and reused as it beats tap water at 70ppm's.

I enjoy hearing the thunder crackling sound like loud tanks shooting and waiting for the echo to get to your area and then it hit's you like a loud bang that makes your face cheeks wiggle.

During outdoor growing season I feel like a part time meteorologist, and I love rain in intervals of sun !!!

I did that for the first time this year, and my friends and family think it's very strange that I always know the 10 day forecast for my specific zip code. I have become addicted to Google Weather and The Weather Channel, hehe.

I Love rain.Thunderstorms are one of the best things Mother Nature provides,IMHO.

I actually really enjoy rain. I find it refreshing and peaceful.
