Additional comments:
Albert Walker is a strain best known by the fans of the grateful dead, and was grown by their circle exclusively in WA until lately. The buds have an insane appeal to them, bright fire orange hairs are highlighted by the white, crystalline background of the bracts giving this sample an aura of pure dankness. The smell has a warmth that collects in your nose, making each whiff unique. If you smell too fast you would only get some of the smell, same with if you inhaled to fast, which made pinpointing this aroma very difficult. In case you don't know what a jack fruit is it's a tropical melon. This bud is unique in that over the course of the cure the smell evolves from fruity terpenes into a garlic funk, this sample was cut about a week ago so it has had little time to dry fully, still retaining most of those fruity notes. I also should note that this sample had undergone stress due to a hot soil mix and this could have affected the terpene profile. The buds were dense in the middle with little bud towers coming off of the larger colas.

Smoke test comments:
The smoke from this sample was a little light in the taste department. There was a hint of the tangerine smell still present but the rest of the flavors were gone replaced by a light hashy funk that persisted through the bowl. A noticed that samples smoked out of a 2 foot water bong were much more flavorful than directly out of my steamroller. The material itself was a little floppy, which I would attribute to the harshness of the smoke, and also the lesser expansion before the exhale.

Final Comment:
This Albert Walker was a very heavy smoke that was intense in both smell and effect. People really enjoyed themselves smoking the AW, it would make even the stupidest thing/joke worth laughing about until your face hurt, however, the high didn't effect your mood to make everything a joke. Sounds sometimes lightly echoed in my ears, the sounds of birds calling and the snores from my dog. This weed was very social, but it also would stop you for a minute in thought. I kept getting paranoid about things that weren't worth being paranoid about. But I was relaxed enough to not make me anxious about my paranoia. It was hard to remember things that were just said, and thoughts and were just thought of. In the beginning of the high your vision gets hazy and I was totally red eyed. Highly enjoyable to say the least, the Albert Walker is true quality and I can see why this cutting was held so close to the chest for so long. If you have the chance to try the Albert you wont regret it!
