Motorized dampers on thermostats so that the air cooled hood system is not constantly trying to pull to much cold air into the hoods and ducting ive seen this before. good luck with it.

ive fought this in the past and what worked best was to intake from inside the warehouse,the temp different from outside to inside creates way to much condensation,if you can try to push and pull to another room and have a window cracked,that worked marvelous for us,good luck
What type/size fan are you using for each of those manifolds?
Is it 6 rows of 4 hoods, or 3? I'm assuming 4 since you said 24kw, unless you removed one since starting the thread.
What types (and how many) of dehumidifiers do you have?
In reference to your posted DH's capacity in tonnage, and the quality of work on the plenum / manifold, I'm guessing you have some sort of past HVAC experience?
