Not to the size of your oven, cut it to the size of the base of your pyrex+1.5-2" extra on all sides to allow you to fully line your dish. ex:10x10" pyrex, cut out 14x14"
So I turn the vac pump off when it reaches a certain vac and leave the oven alone for awhile?
Hey guys, thanks for all this information on the AI oven.
Im confused about the -29.5 HG, i was under the assumption that more vac was better. so we were letting it go all the way to the max, 760 torr i believe. i that a bad assumption?
also we are using a closed loop system, meaning we have to get the product from the lower chamber into the oven, we have been scraping it which leads to waxing up, any ideas on how to transfer the product from the bottom chamber to the oven would be greatly appreciated. thanks guys!

Across International had them for sale on their Ebay page for about $10 but I am unable to find them now. They are definitely out there though. If you have the same luck I would suggest calling them, I have confidence that they will be able to help you.Does anyone know where to find or how to make or a substitute for the clips that hold the shelves in the AI ovens?
