acount banned as spam

my friend tried to create a profile here.
his acount got blocked as spam. he never got past the first stage. and now can't do anything, not contact admin or even log out.
only thing unusual with his acount was he used the thor browser when creating it.
exact words is "you have been banned for the folowing reason: spam. please contact the admin if this was done in error. (he can't contact admin or do anything)
anyone got a fix?

using tor is not unusual, all the other tor users are not banned. that was something in his first few posts probably some links, is he @Veldig Steen ?

he is indeed veldig.. he said he never even got as far as posting anything at all. he for sure won't be posting any spam or such.
