A dash L O C at it again

Howdy howdy folks and F.A.M.! a-loc is here and at it again. Had a little bit of a security scare last year and decided it best to lay low for a bit. but i suppose one can only sit on beans for so long before they gotta let em pop eh?

first i suppose i'll give a run down of my setup

4 1000w hps in super sun air cooled hoods in flower

i had a 400w mh and a 400w hps for veg but my mh ballast shit the bed in a power surge and the hps i'm not sure if its still good. the basement where i had it flooded. its defiantly had a long time to dry but i haven't tried firing it up yet. i still have my 400w t5 though. ez cloner for propogation.

unfortunatly my ex gf threw away my sour strawberry kush beans i was gifted my BOG. i was pretty pissed when i discovered that. and my few remaining lifesavers too i recon. luckily i still had a bunch of mns mango haze and sssdh from ojd. a few deep chunks from tom hill. i fergot all about having the lifesavers until i came back on here. i really hope i can find them :/ funds have been tight lately so i don't have any extra $$$ right now for more beans.

i haven't been able to run all 4 1000 watters in my flower room all tests i've done it got way too hot. so i may take one of the lights out and get a conversion bulb and use it for veg seeing as how i'm down my two 400's.

well right now i have 6 mango haze ladies and 1 sssdh lady under 2 1000w's about 13 days into flower. vegged them for a little over a month. topped a few of them. did some stem pinchin.

got some pics i gotta upload but i've been trying to download photoshop so i can get rid of the exif data from my pics. hopefully i'll get to that today. if not i'll have them up tomorrow with hopefully some more of my completed veg room. i've just been on the fence of using one of the 1000 watters or not i dunno. i guess i should really just see if my 400w hps is fucked or not. even if all i have to veg for now is the t-5 it should work just fine if i keep the room perpetual. i dunnnnooo well its good to be back around. i've been lurkin for a bit but i figured fuck it let me make a little diary i promise i'll have some pics up soon

its strange the sssdh is flowering the slowest so far. she's only got a couple pistils popppin out here and there while the mango hazes are almost all starting to bud up. sorry for the shitty pics my nikon got tossed and lost when i rolled my truck a few months ago worth almost as much as the truck i totalled...do not drink and drive. just get high and fly

well the ladies are all chuggin along. the mangos really seem to love getting pinched. the side branching is crazy, i think they're all gonna yield really nice.

seeing as how i'm only relatively sore today and don't have to work i'm gonna really try to push and get my veg area all together and get some beans planted. i gotta clean out my ez cloner and take cuts off all the ladies. and i reallly should try to hustle and get my male room together. pice later maybe, wishing i could clone this last little blue cheese nug i have left. winter really sucks when it doesn't snow. peace everyone

well no new pics yet. i'll try and grab some tonight. ; hope everyones having a good christmas. Welllll i had my males still in the flower room but off to the side. and was kinda slacking on building my male room and the other day i looked and saw a few balls had opened up.

how early can buds be impregnated?

i was hoping to have my pollinations controlled. but the one that did burst is the stinkiest sssdh of them all. its very sativa like in structure but the smell on it is phenominal. i'm thinking about trying to see if i can stress them out to show female flowers. i'm really stoked to have a bunch of beans of my own creation. i've got some really tasty ideas in my head for crosses.

built my clone/seedling chamber last night. got 4 mystery kush beans planted, my last 3 deep chunks, and 5 what i think is northlightsxskunk. the beans were kept with other beans my buddy had been collecting over time so they could be nlskunk or they could be some other mystery strain but hopefully fire none the less.

was pretty bummed to see my water pump is shot on my ez cloner. my off temps are getting kinda low, my passive intake setup just isn't quite working as well as i hoped. i do have a bit of extra 8" ducting that isn't need thats probably messin with my exhaust flow. i have a 6" fan i can use for an intake fan but i wanna get a controller for it.

ummmm besides the pump and the temps everythings going good. one of my mango hazes is acting very finicky though. with the exception of that one i think they're all gonna yield me very well. especially my sssdh. such a crazy bush with tons of side branching.

Things defiantly getting very bushy in the flower room. I took some pics the other day but have been very lazy. I guess i'll snap some more tonight and try to put them up tomorrow. As of this morning only 3 of the mystery kush beans sprouted.

a couple of the mangos are up to about 5ft already. i may have to raise one row of my lights to accommodate the taller phenos i got. todays gonna be day 22, looking forward to these next few weeks of explosive bud growth. one pheno of the mangos is defianly flowering way faster than the sssdh even. would be nice if i can find something hazey i can chop down in 60-70 days. been pondering on adding a light rail on one side of the flower room. picking up a 4x4 tent for a nice veg room and using one of the 1k with a conversion bulb in it. still have to find a nice permanent home for my stinky ass males.

well heres a few pics. they are from last week so you can imagine things have gotten a bit frostier since than. i'll snap some more recent ones tonight or tomorrow. 43 days in now and everythings lookin really good. i took a chance and bent over all the tops of the mango's that had stretched too tall for my light height. everythings lookin sweet though. the most of them are gonna be atleast 100 days i think into flower before there ready acouple of them maybe longer. one mango is the quickest of the bunch might be ready in 70-80. the sssdh is gonna be atleast 80 i recon. the sssdh is the frostiest of the bunch i'de say with 2 of the mango phenos comming in right behind it though.

this one pheno is doing really awesome. its really enjoyed how its been fed and wasn't picky at all. has a very nice sweet aroma to it. if i had lst or done some kind of training with it than i would of probably been able to pull quite a bit more off her. its awesome all the lower branching buds are just as big as the main cola. gonna be a doozy

like i said more pics to come. the little kush ladies i got going are doing very well. 3 different phenos. i also popped one purple vinyl x chem d and 2 purple vinyl x dairy queen beans maybe 5 days ago. all the seedlings i believe are feminized so it should be nice. oh and i have one mango haze clone i got to root in a little cloning experient in plane water chillin in a cup on the floor of the flower room. didn't really watch them too much. ran really low on water a few times. killed a bunch but this one made it and is doing awesome and going to go into flower maybe tonight. still have to take more cuts off everything. lots to do. hope all is well with everyone. peace

oh yes and the sssdh males i still have defiantly already pollinated some of the buds on each plant before i took them out. so some interesting beans to come as well.

startin to get sexy. the mango haze e pheno smells like sick hazeyness. not really any sweet smell to it. most of the phenos are a nice blend of hazey sweet. the mango haze a is probably the sweetest. the sssdh has a nice almost mentholy smell to it. nice little variety of smells going on.

well 4 days later and they are getting sicker and sicker every night. i think i'm gonna start flushing one of them now and acouple more starting next week. i wanna give them a good atleast 2 week flush. the one fastest pheno that smells like sweet wonderberrys. almost a mix of strawberrys rasberrys and something else. no hazey smell at all. shes gonna start gettin a flush now i'm sure she'll be good to go in 2 weeks. also defiantly had some pollination from the sssdh males. the pods looked pretty done like they were ready to start droppin seeds soon and pulled one out. wasn't tiger striped yet but looked viable. so i'm pretty stoked on that. i think i'm gonna grow these beans i get out and pick my favorite out of the bunch of them all and breed that with the pollen i'm gonna collect from the sssdh males i have now. i have 3 kush bagseed plants that are just about ready for flower. 3 more the purple vinyl x dairy queen and purple vinyl x chem d. gettin pretty stoked for this first chop. pretty sure 4 of them will be ready in 2-3 weeks. gettin hard to resist to clip a sample nug

yeah the sssdh x mango haze should be very interesting. i'm looking forwarded to seeing the different phenos i get between everything. the mango's are really all very different. ones growing much faster with really chunky nuggets that are starting to foxtail that smells like pure wonderberry and acouple that smell like a nice combo of haze sweet chronic. and 2 that smell like pure haze uptown funk. with more spear like buds. all very frosty except for one pheno that looks like it wants to go 14+ weeks with almost no frost that i think is gonna get chopped early if she doesn't start shapin up soon. more pics to come
