looks like a ph problem to me really stunting the growth what is the ph of the tap water you are using?

I took the tap water to the hydro shop today and it measured at 6.9 which I think is an acceptable level for Foxfarm ocean organic...

Any suggestions?

the plants look great sneak... a few are funky but its cool. You got to come check the progress at my spot, everythings lookin nice and I got 7 healthy bitches goin. the termination already smells nice and skunky. I'll post pics as soon as i can....
