400w HPS grow low yeilds.. advice?

Yes i changed but for a CFL 300W for veg. I'll buy the new HPS bulb on Friday. I think the CFL is better than a bad HPS bulb. I hope the bud will have more density ...

Hmm odd I us a 400 watt to in an area almost the same size (height and 3x3). 1st off I would suggest covering the walls with a highly reflective material. Then if you are doing dwc make sure you got enough water, airstones (1 per pump) and a good aquarium heater.
1 month vegs after 2 weeks of clone. 2-3 months of flower. Last time under a scrogg setup after I topped my plant, I got over 9 oz.
Here is my new baby.
Oh and I only use 3 nutes from pureblend and 2 different bloom boosters.

I'm new to modding this forum so I don't really know how honest you guys want us to be?
The cfl you have is fantastic for vegging and I have seen some grow some pretty decent buds with them BUT it's kinda like saying a Ford Escort will get ya from point a to b but a Ferrari will get you there in style.
Does that make since to you John?
You will learn on your own that we are right but all we are trying to do is save you time and money and replacing you bulb will help tremendously but your days of vegging for as long as you do and only getting an ounce or 2 has got to stop or else we are failing as members.
