3 week old clones. Overwater?

These are 3-4 week old clones i used rapid rooters. I xplanted them to solo cups. 2 weeks ago and used a small amount of root 66. I have only been giving them ph adjusted water 6-6.5 since then. I obviously got some nute burn but yellowish leaves idk. Any help would be awesome . Im using 3:1 perlite vermiculite in hempy cups. They are currently under a t5 18-6. This is first of anything thats been grown in this room. My seedlings right next to the cuts seem to be doing fine. Any help would be appreciated :what::what:

they need fed. lack of nitrogen they are eating themselves from bottom to top

When your stems turn red you need to add food

They are definatly asking for food, check better your ph, if it's too low or too high, it can lock a lot of nutrients

transplant emergency into light but medium+ fertilized soil... before it goes worse...
