3 level flood and drain hydro aka how I veg 6x4 in a 2x4

I need to feed my table 48 plants at a time, this is my process from clone to transplant for flower. i will detail my process and update with pics.

1 - chrome 4ft x 18" 5-7 shelf rack, we will only be using 3 of the shelves
3 - botanicare 2x4 rack trays, they are made for the shelves and make life easy
1 - 38g tote yellow lid home depot
1 - ecoplus585 convertible bottom draw pump
1 - pvc pump manifold (build details and pics below)
9 - 4ft 40-50w led bars, i hard wired mine to a switch

Assemble the rack with the lowest shelf barely clearing the reservoir and then divide the distance between them all so you have 3 equal spaces mines like 20-26" ill measure today and update.

Next hang the leds 3 per tier, I used zip ties and found i had to cut the rack at one end for them to fit the electrical connector. i used a grinder and made quick work of it.

female garden hose to 3/4"pvc
3 - 90 elbow
1 - 4 way (X)
3 - 3/4" ball valves (to proportion the flow)
3 - 3/4" pvc to 1/2"barbed connection (for flood/feed line)
1 - piece of 3/4" pvc to build it i grabbed a small 2-3ft piece

last several cycles using an ez clone 128 and then transferring them to these 3" 3x6row trays that help keep things organized.

i have currently switched to oasis trays for rooting clones in another level of the system and will transfer the same way maybe without the croutons when i run out.

rockwool croutons at the bottom and fill the rest with perlite.each tray holds 18 so 4 trays gives us 72 in one level

top them after they start to show root development 3-7 days

i like to have two main stalks to ensure dense bud development later

thats it went and found the strongest 48 and trained them all to be strong little beasts ready to provide some dense flower.
