im really considering led. im a diy so dont mind getting a lil dirty so long as its worth it and it seems it is. how much would you charge to build me 1200w to cover a 4x8 and or help me build it myself. how many like hoods would it be? I really appreciate it. i been checking riu and there is a guy over there thats on this site: supraspl i believe and he is doing diy cob with great results. im ready to try leds im very inspired. i tried cmh like over 5 years ago had a 400w cmh. So im willing to try something new again. thanks again

I'd think that 3,500 watts would be more likely to cover that area. My room is 8x8 with (3) 300 watt LED's, and I'd imagine to truly fill the room with no weak spots, I'd need about 12 lights for 20 large plants.
