These plants are going to be monsters. End of may and they are almost 3 ft tall. They still have another 60-75 days of veg left. 10+ ft tall for sure when they are finished.

The other 3 plants at black gold have not acclimated yet so they are still pretty small. I am not worried though because the first year I used this spot the only two plants I did grow started off the same way.

The first 4 weeks the were not growing and yellowing badly. I figured fuck'em I tried this spot just but it just doesnt work. Then I came back mid July and they were like 6' tall. I almost shit myself, and then come end of flower they were like 10' or some crazy shit.

It seems like the plants have not adjusted to the pH difference and the intense sun they get now but when they do they take off like a rocket ship.

Pine Apple Express. This plant isnt in direct light and it is probably 1:30pm. There was a little tree I hed to bend over. Now this plant will get a entire day of direct sun light. Having that tree there was like cutting 4 hours of direct sun away from this plant.

Fact: I have had this strain since early 2009. Same seed Ive been cloning over and over again. I bet this plant has been cloned over 500 times and it comes back stronger and stronger. Its amazing IMO

I went out and got an update. Plants seemed to slow in growth, this season as of so far has been real light on the rain. In fact there has only been 3 solid rains. They need water!

Over all I am still pleased though. I added 7 more plants out there this weekend to ensure my end goal.

Thank ya boobs. Plants were more of the same. To be honest I didnt even mark them. It was a mix, few Pineapple express, Pure Power plant, and sour diesel.

PS

Just like the rest of the country, there has been zero rain up here. Something seems sinister about this weather, unnatural.

I keep seeing pictures everyday folks are posting up of weird cloud formations and weird unexplained anomalies.

The man must be super cloud seeding and blasting HAARP into the stratosphere on a regular basis these days. I hope my babies are still alive. God bless us all.

nice looking plants Benny!

are you planting in a corn field? I have thought about doing that back east, but the farmers always harvested in September if I recall correctly.

anyway good luck on the grows, can't wait to see these in a few months!

That moth is a warning sign of thing to come though.

That moth is a warning sign of thing to come though.

When all 10 plants come to fruition i foresee you reaching your goal. That moth is a warning sign of thing to come though. Do nor ignore her. What shall we do to ward off her caterpillar offspring? They can be devastating. Keep up the great grow show! PPp

Thanks for all the love ICmag.

To be honest, this forum is half the fun of cultivating MMJ, for real. Without this great source of information and bright ass, like minded people, the thrill would not be totally there.

Come on, did you every think that you could come online and get information about a plant from people around the world. I couldnt imagine what you Vets did out there before this Era of technology. Good on you for keeping it alive and strong.

Anyway.......

I sure hope I do hit my goal, why you gotta crush my spirits like that amigo? I have done a lot of work on this outdoor plot and really need to hit my goal so I can go on and do this in a state that allows me too. I want to help make someones way of life a little better with little time they may have.

Im real serious about trying to do something, anything, that helps leave this world a better place. I think if everyone did and tried to achieve that goal, then our future generations will have to ask what war was like; why it took so long to cure cancer, why people were so motivated by racism, greed, and control.

Thats my dream.

This is not a corn field, it is a large marsh land area. No farmers come near these girls....well that is not including myself. :tiphat:

I didnt think to much of that moth/butterfly looking thing. I do not really want to control nature out there, or alter the natural setting. If some bugs want to have some snacks, I am not going to tell them no in their house.

Thats just me though. I see tons of bugs out there, I just chalk it up to the beauties of growing in the wild.

Looking really nice. Don't let organicbuds discourage you. He's proven to be a fool, time and time again. July and august are explosive. UPPPPPP.

Didn't mean to crush your goals at all....hope that's not all it takes?:tiphat: I keep for some reason thinking you are trying to get 10 lbs per plant. Not only would that take huge plants at this point in the season but it would also take the correct genetics. However your 10 lbs total looks like a good goal, hope you reach it. Sorry for the misunderstanding.

GoldCountryGuy - This is like the third time I have seen you jump down somebody's throat for little to no reason. What did I ever do to you? Also, when have I proven myself to be a fool time and time again? Growing a 10 lb plant is an art, not something to mess around with, sorry if I say it like I see it. Didn't mean to crush Benny's dreams and certainly didn't mean to insult you some how.........Are you and me having a pissing contest I am unaware of?

As for Caterpillar's, I use safer brand Caterpillar Killer.
http://www.saferbrand.com/store/garden-care/5160?gclid=CN3Gwan8-rACFSQbQgodVWOUTw

It is organic, and safe to spray up until harvest.

I spray once a week once the 3rd or 4th week of flower. Then with two or three weeks left I step it up to twice a week. Always apply when your buds have the best chances of drying out, we don't want to cause mold.

Another product that works great, but is more like an atom bomb is Spinosad.
http://www.amazon.com/Monterey-LG6135-Contains-Spinosad-32-Ounce/dp/B002BP12LI

Great for controlling lots of bugs, but be careful, it kills bee's also. Spray the Spinosad early in the day or late in the day to ensure you don't kill bees.
