oh i clearly see why its hard to make a decision. that other pheno of the wifi looks stellar as well!
regarding the nutrition problem ... to me it looks kinda overfed, you can easily spot the tension in the leaves and curls at the leaf margin.
but i wouldnt worry too much, the end is near. shouldnt be a problem.
Yes, you´re right Randa, it Looks like too much ferts, but after some flushing it´s not getting worse anymore and despite CSG, SLH, SAGE and Sleestack SK Hz, all plants are getting pure RO from now on till harvest. Will def make some changes before starting the next round. Gonna get me some ebb and flow tables to make it easier to collect the run off, a bigger water reservoir etc.
I also had some bad luck today, the Wifi in the back of the tent collapsed under her heavy top bud and I had to fight thru the Jungle to tie her up! But I saved her eventually.
Same with the Choco Kush head bud, but I couldn´t tie it up again as the stem broke. At least it didn´t fall in the dirt and is drying right now...
Here are some more pics..
Sour AK (this one is at week 6, I kept it in the veg tent 2 weeks longer, because she is so sturdy. It´s low yielding, but smells sooooo sour!!
Just had a small tester bud of the Choco Kush and I was blown away! Def. more on the Kush side this time, but keeps the mind active at the same time. great taste too. Nom!
Hey Folks, harvest has begun, I knocked down the tops of the Choco Kush and of the Connie, also Jack O Nesia is done. The Connie really stinks up the house! Here are some pics...
Jack O Nesia
Sorry 4 the absence!!
I´ve been very busy lately harvesting and overall had much work to do, so there wasn´t time to continue here. But pics and smoke reports will follow-promised!
Let´s start with some damn huge colas of SLH!
They went the whole 14 weeks, but it was worth the wait! Was lucky, that I had no mold inside those monster colas! The smell is overwhelming lemons with only little haze smell or taste. Potency is really high, it really cuts thru everything and always rings the bell. Often too much for part time smokers, hehe. I know, why she is one of my alltime fav strains!
Thanks, bud! Fourteen weeks is a little bit too long for my taste too, had faster and even better phenos with the best beeing a 11-12 weeker. A friend told me, his is also done in 8 weeks. Think i´m going to play with the remaining seeds and search for a faster version
Mother of this plant was a Connoisseur Genetics freebie with sweet leather smell and taste. I thought it was self pollinated but after seeing the growth structure and smelling the sweet hazey smell I´m sure there is a lot of my congo haze in there. The Congo Haze (Neville´s Haze x red congolese) hermed and pollinated a OG 18. Those plants were grown out together with the CSG freebie, so I guess, they pollinated the CSG freebie. The result is a really great sweet hazey onion melange with a strong sativa Punch. This can get pretty trippy! Yield was massive, about 160 gram dry. I didn´t keep a cut, cause 14 weeks is a bit too long. Starting to regret it...
@Randa: Thanks 4 the vibes! Hope, you´re having a great summer time?! We should def have a smoking session soon, it´s way too long til next 420!
@mack: Thanx, Bro! It´s hard to pick a favourite, but most of the time I reach for the jar with Super Lemon Haze. I´m a haze head and SLH suits perfectly to me. Lemon Candy Haze smell and taste and a real strong but still avitve high with very slow tolerance education. It also yields big. Only downside is the flowering time, only got to find a faster version.
Best Allrounder is the Connie Chung. It has beautiful colors and a even more beautiful and very intense sweet fruity chocolate kind of smell! It´s a relaxing smoke and has great bag appeal. Yield and growth structure was good and it was done in only 8 weeks! Def a keeper!
@northernm: Glad, that you´re enjoying the Wifi as much as I do. Would love to try you version! Have you found a keeper yet? I have to run both cuts again to make a choice...
@74G: Good vibes for you, too, man! Yes, the Sleestack x Skunk Haze are from Sam from the ´14 Cup. I´m a little disappointed with the result of this single female, it´s not bad smoke, but not worth waiting 14 weeks. It´s not very resinous but has a nice Tropical Skunk Aroma, not too loud. Also no incense smell on this one. It´s good weed to start the day, but lower in potency. I bet there are way better plants to be found in those seeds. Here is a harvest pic
