Hello all,
Forgive me...it has been 8 days since my last confession.
So- we are in the flip. We vegged 6 weeks. I have 4 obvious females, and 4 almost as obvious males. The males are lined up and ready to be killed at the first sign of flowering.
I have a few clones but I don't think I can be bothered with them right now. Think I'm going to kill them tomorrow at sun up. I want only my SPGBX sprouts to deal with.
Some pictures of the flowering peeps.... worked on light leaks for a week-pretty sure we are good. Sun up is around 11:45 pm, sundown is 11:45 am. This should keep my temps nice and easy.
This is Bubblegum#2 and the Afghan. Afghan is so strange looking. Dense growth on top where I topped it:
Big Bud #1 and Big Bud #3. Both have been topped and have 4 tops now:
All 4 females from the other side. I added 3 2700k bulbs as side lighting:
The males. They are not confirmed yet but...nice looking group. A shame I plan to kill them. Left to right it is Northern Lights, Big Bud#2, Big Bud#4, and Bubblegum#1:
And this is BubbleGum#2 again, same day as the above shot. After much deliberation I decided to pull a couple fan leaves that were directly covering all this new undergrowth:

nice job you did with training of the BG#2
looking really nice, princess. now starts the actual show. little chicks are nice to watch but we don't salivate until they get mature and attract us with treasures mother nature provided them with.

everything is lookin good man! for a first timer shit seems to be going your way. i remember starting out growing in an old refrigerator with 10 CFLS over 1 plant, now im up to 2 rooms 45 medical plants and 5k watts haha. keep up the good work man, the first grow is always the hardest but the most fun IMO. cant wait to see some bud shots!

Day 16 - Flower

Well, helloooo-
Long time-no talk.
We are on Day 16. I brutally chopped the 4 males and they are hanging in my closet destined for canna butter.
The 4 females remain with no signs of boy parts. Just working on keeping the canopy as even as possible. They are drinking a little over a quart of water a piece every other day. That seems to be keeping them happy. Any more or less and they get a little droopy. I fill a gallon jug with water, and I am up to 4 teaspoons of FlouroGro Bloom. Then I just split that between them.
Herr is a group shot. Left to right we have: The Afghan, BubbleGum, Big Bud, and Big Bud. I topped the Afghan and the two Big Buds and so we now have 4 tops. I did not top the BubbleGum-kind of wish I did. So there is one main cola going crazy on the BubbleGum...

I have a scope on the way and I am hoping I can use it with my camera to get you guys some better shots. It is also difficult to get up under the canopy for a good aerial shot with the T5 fixture.
The Pistils are going crazy and over the last two days I moved the lights up a total of 6 inches. I wish I could afford to get some 3000k T5's but right now I am just supplementing with 4 x 23 watt 3000k cfl's. So they have 416 watts total beaming down on them. Better than nothin'!!

Hi all!
Sorry for the delay-I have missed you. Things have been crazy busy on the homefront. But, on to the show...
It's week 5 and I am frickin' drooling. It's starting to look downright dank in the flower shed, and me with only a seedy gram given to me since, like, June! I am sitting on my hands.
So, all are doing well. The slow to keep up Afghan ended up having dense growth just before flower and I am definitely seeing that in the bud development. Slow to get going, but nice, dense buds developing.
The bubblegum smells so good I just want to snap a stalk off with my teeth and run into fields of rainbows and unicorns. Looking really good. Pistils look really yellow.
The two bigs buds are looking frosty as f**ck! I have been looking at the trichomes of all the plants and for the most part we are still crystal clear.
