need to figure veg rrom. if i have 2 50k bloom room, need to figure hoe to keep those 2 rooms stocked for harvest 3 times a yr

64 per light. 3-5day veg. 7-8kw bloom. 2-3kw veg. Is what i would run.

Um 64 per light times 100 is 6400 plants that need to be prepped cloned transplanted. .. not a good plan imo...

Even at 7 8 lights that's a shit ton of work...

Yea i was revolving around my math not his lol its not based on a 100 lights or investors. Isn't a shit ton of work the end goal?

Investors won't like to see a team of 10 helpers when proper planning could be 1 or 2 helpers..

Yea it turns back into growing as much as you can trim and sell alone if you go by that logic. On the flip side investors don't like to see 1-2 people struggling to do in a season what 10 helpers can do in a day.

Run 25 per lamp 5x5 space, vertizontal hoods, grow indica dominate hybrid cuts to 9" and put them into flower, pinch (supercrop) them right up 12 days flower so you have several heads, grow in coco or perlite with multi feeding per day in 6.5Ltr pots and shoot for 40oz per lamp, run perpeptual and have a harvest/new cuts going into flower every 2 weeks so your workload is spread out.....that's how I'd do it

Investors tend to be impressed by things like gram yield per kw hour and electricity cost per gram and stuff like that. Are you planning on running gavitas?

Modern setups aren't really optimized towards efficiency because wholesale revenue per gram is still so high it's not really worth it. Here is a very interesting paper looking at yield vs potency for 270, 400, & 600 watt HPS:

https://docs.google.com/file/d/0ByW-RytTeYMQMTc3M2MxYzMtNjUxZi00ZGZhLTg0YWMtYjAzMzNjNGY5NDEw/edit

Yield was .9 grams a watt from 600 watt vs 1.6 grams per watt from 270 watt with identical potency. At .10 per kw hour thats $.07 per gram for 600 watt vs $.04 a gram for 270 watt for electric cost of 8 week flowering cycle, not including likely reduced cooling costs.

Running a gavita and getting a gram per watt you're looking at about 739 kw hours per light for an 8 week flowering cycle. At .10 per KW hour that's $.07 per gram. So running the number it pays at this point in time to build the biggest baddest highest yielding setup you can :)

on timing if your just doing two rooms and you only need to veg half the bloom time then stagger your bloom rooms so your veg room can stay full.... ie cut one 50 light room every 5 weeks would give you 10 weeks bloom time and your veg would stay full always...

100 lights should be easy for two people... i know a lot of people heading up multiple 50-100 light places... neeed a good system and then its just timing...

Looks like a massive out of my league list . For cooling i see a very good price for a 3ton , I've never herd of Klimaire . Are they a cheapo company? Why not go with fewer 5ton over 8 3ton ? I'd want good reliable cooling this is where I'd spend $$.

Interesting

Interesting

5 harvests is easy but prepetual is the best if you have full time workers. I would harvest 10-15 lights a week every week of the year. I would do 10 of those carbon filters instead of 4. I would consider some serious plumbing for irrigation and a large clean up area and some way to efficiently deal with runoff. I think you might be underestimating the number of dehumidifiers. I run 215s in small rooms and they work pretty hard the last few weeks, that's a lot of big plants. I might do 5 20 light rooms, 30x30 and harvest one every two weeks and make them identical with same equipment in each and I would have an extra rooms worth of equipment on site ready to go for when replacements are needed. The building you use will decide a lot for you. Sounds like an awesome opportunity.
