This was a huge victory for Colorado Tokers...

That smoke-out had been the target of some nasty police tactics. Last year they had cops out there videotaping everyone and then posted pictures of people smoking pot, offering rewards for friends to turn them in.

This year, the police outright ADMITTED defeat.
