Hi all

my freind has these sick outdoor plants (uk), they seem to be getting eaten.

The edges on the leaves are curling on some of the plants not sure if that's a nute issue or somthing to do with these tiny clear bugs.

he also has some indoor plants getting attacked by what appears to be the same little critters, I will post with the indoor pics shortly.

Sorry the pictures are awful but ain't quite got the hang of this digicam yet.

Any ideas what it is and more to the point how to get rid of it.

Peace

indoor mites ?

These are the indoor pics, you cant quite see in the pics but there appeared to be loads of these tiny transparent creatures on the bottoms of the leaves.

Yep. Looks like spider mites. I have heard that mite-rid (mite-rid.com) is a great solution. Also no pest strips.

Yup, them're mites. The outdoor plants probably don't need treatment. Mites are tasty, lots of things love to eat them. If possible, try to coax whatever eats them inside.
