Ingredients for locally sourced soilless mix?

I'm tired of using peat taken from bogs that won't be replenished. Coco coir has to be shipped from half way around the world. I'm trying to make a potting mix suitable for containers.

I've seen a few recipes like:
3 parts composted pine bark
2 parts compost or leaf litter
1 part sharp builders sand
1/4 c. wood ash/cu. ft.
OR
2:1 sifted rotted wood:compost

I'm having trouble sourcing aeration amendments where I live and would like to avoid pumice/perlite. Rice hulls aren't an option here, but there may be spelt hulls locally, which I would mix 10% by volume to lighten the mix up.

Would these mixes work for containers? Are there any other good recipes? Do you have any suggestions for a locally sourced soilless blend?

ummm starbucks gives away free used coffee grounds

read up on them, they could easily amend a good amount of soil with other things such as compost....etc....

That could possibly replace some of the green portion of compost.

I found some more recipes:

Forrest Keeling nursery mix:
Composted pine bark- 40%
Rice/spelt hulls- 40%
Sharp builders sand- 20%

Tapla's 5-1-1 mix
5 parts composted pine bark
1 part sphagnum peat
1 part drainage (sand, hulls, perlite)
1 cup lime/cu. ft
1 cup seed meal/cu. ft.
