I'm having some problems
I have 2 plants with problems
The first one suffers from yellowing of the lower leaves. I don’t know whether it is nitrogen deficiency or what
The second suffers from wilt or prolapse
Illumination: led king plus 1200w
The height of the light above the plant : 40cm
the soil : bitmos + perlite 35%
Water pH: 6.5

Do a run off/out test and see what PPM water comes out.
Pay attention to what PH goes in and what the PH it comes out as.

Maybe a pic under a white light.
Some plants just go crazy for whatever reason under those colored LED's.
I could be that......

40 cm seems close for a 1200w led
What’s that like 20”
LED is not my forte really but I’d suggest raising the light another 20 cm or so see if that helps at all.

Remember the lower leaves are the oldest, and if one gets funky its ok.
The lower leaves easily get starved for light, touch the media, rub on a support object etc. All of which can make a leaf look funky.

How is the top 2 set of leaves doing? They would be a better indicator of health.
If the plants are not thirsty, then how hot is it at the top leaves? If its too hot for your hand it too hot for the girls.

When they are young they need less light and it can be safely raised quite a bit..
Especially is showing sights of stress..
I’d try keeping it a full meter off the tops if u have the headroom.. u can lower it down from there as needed

What the temperature in the space? Looks to me like low temps compounding over watering. Low temps will slow down a plant like nothing else - I had a 10 week clone go 14 weeks due to cold early this year. Over watering can cause nitro deficiency type symptoms and in a decent soil you shouldn't need to fertilise for a few weeks at least.

Using new soil will allow all the nutrients you need during seedling stage and pre-veg stage. You don't need any fertilizer at this time unless you are using recycled soil. Your plants are suffering from lack of oxygen in the root zone from too much water. If you allow the plants to have a wet to dry cycle like mother nature the problem should go away.
