help me buy an alaska commercial fishing boat

ok so ill re direct this w/ some more details.

im after a commercial crab boat.

def wanna do other fisheries and tender when not fishing.

kodiak or homer or seward are my pref. harbors.....mostly just kodiak i have land and cabin on the north side of kodiak that was given to me as payment from a 1999 deckhand stint. (trapper cabin on 15 acres).

im not trying to operate...just owner...i can hire help.
