Have ya ever played with a zapper racket? If you get the right one with the little grid you can zap those pesky fruit flies!!!

i made a few fly traps outta 2 liter bottles i used sugar water and a tad bit of corn syrup nd they worked amazing

I'm having a cluster fly outbreak in my house as well. They usually congregate around the windows, so its pretty easy suck them up with a handheld vacuum.
