seeds under light

hi guys the only light I got at the moment is a 300w cfl do you think this will be ok to put over seeds that's just popped.

Yes, momentarily. 300w CFL has some light output!! Make sure it's high enough so it doesn't fry the seedlings. Seeds can germinate in the dark and warm.

Are you going to transplant outside later?
