Couple points to clarify, I only utilize those 3 way pvc fitting to attach a 2nd screen to my buckets when I throw everything into the attic. That is the only function for that particular screen.
In my flowering tents, I have separate screens that cover the entire footprint, exactly as yours does, while the primary screens which are attached to my bucket lids are measured and cut to size so that they may freely spin within the tent.
The 2nd screen is cut to fit snugly within the frame and each corner is attached by simply chaining a couple zip-ties together, one tightly around the tent frame, and one around the corner of the screen and through the previously installed zip. Sounds sketch but mine slide and hold wherever I put them like a dream. Might have something to do with my screens being slightly oversized.
