Can a plant be over watered, yet have good healthy roots?
I have been watering my coco with minute amounts more frequently and been getting the most fuzzy white roots, yet still signs of an over watered plant.
Overall slow growth, less nodes and slight swelling in the leaves....

Four types of growers underwater, overwater, over feed, under feed.
finding out what type you are will help.
Also, remember that this is a plant. Any changes you make will take time to effect things.
For me, I was (hell, still am) an over waterer and over feeder. So I have to make sure If I make changes, I do it at 80% strength and see the results.
Never forgot, this is a plant that has grown on this earth for 10's of thousands of years. It knows what it is doing. Sometimes the best thing you can do is leave it the hell alone....
That being said, you are in coco. Which means you have to keep it wet. Smell your coco, does it smell good or bad? If bad, use some H2O2.

Can I ask why you say they are overwatered? Those look to be healthy plants to me, but I have only been doing this a couple years now. And yeah, those roots are basically root porn

Slow growth, internodal space too wide, puffy leaves with a little droop. It's like a text book example of slight chronic overwatering...

Brotha those look great. Not to say they couldnt be happier but I do not think they look over watered right now. There isnt alot of leaf matter to generate alot of energy right now, hence they are not all perky like you see in some folks pictures with bigger plants.

To me they look too large for the cups they are in, but the plants don't look bad. I would up pot them asap and I'd imagine any overwatering will disappear as there is just more surface area for the water to get to.
edges of the fan leaves on some show symptoms, it comes from pH issue and nutrient lockout, not underfeeding i would say because some of the tips also discolored.

I agree over watered... those roots shouldnt have those fine fingers off the main roots. Stop watering a day or two until they droop as in under watered. Then add half what you would normally water and keep PPMs in the 400-600ppm range until bloom and then 600-800ppm. They need the drier condition, it makes the roots go looking for water (they grow better). You're looking to find a place where you add the water, a small amount comes out into the tray (measure by cups). roots out drain holes isnt the worst thing.

I was seeing the same thing all over...I think there has to be a sweet spot.
Now I'm letting it dry out totally until I get out of the solo cups, then I'll play it by ear from there...

only number 2 and 3 from the top row/left seem a little; maybe the drainage hole is blocked.
wouldn't worry, as more leaves grow, growth itself is accelerated.

put seed in dirt, add water , add light, put on timer 12 12, water when dry, chop when swold, boom, best weed in the world , ya dont need all the fancy labels, most people ruin and kill their weed probably like your doing, just stop thinking, and treat it like a pet you need to water twice a week

With that many roots, they're ready for bigger pots and stronger lights. Maybe better airflow. Also, you should check what pH the runoff is, to know whether there is a buildup of nutrients in the soil, or a change of pH.
Also, you don't suck at growing weed. The plants look very healthy.

I only did coco for 2 or 3 grows, but I thought you shouldn't ever let the coco dry out 100%? Cause the salt fertilizers will crystallize out and can cause problems? My googlefu sucks cause I cannot find any pictures of what I'm talking about but I remember seeing it on my cloth pots that had coco in them.
Understanding how to grow good weed takes a paradigm shift.
Often this comes hand in hand with entheogenic use.
I recommend taking mushrooms and chilling with your plants.
You'll come to notice the subtle emergies at play, the universal cohesion and connection.
Feminine energy does much better at growing weed.
Understanding the subtleties and moving away from the paradigm that the plant is a cash machine and that the more you feed it the more you get out of it.
Learning to cull plants instead of using poisons. Learning to make your own organic pesticides/fungicides insteadnof using poisons. Learning that modt everything that comes in a bottle sold for cannabis is repurposed industrial waste.
I will say this,
The one culprut I notice all the time is cloning in rockwool.
Its unnatural and problematic.
And every grower I see using rockwool is chasing thair tail trying to remedy pseudo-deficiencies that are really all caused by using rockwool. Its always rockwool growers who have unpteen different bottles for pH, phosphorous, magnesium, etc.
Use peat or soil. Use rock dusts. Use natural organic acids.
Forget everything youve read in cannabis books. Fuck Jorge, and his ilk.
Get on PubMed, NCBI, and other white-paper journals to learn plant physiology and soil science.
Remember, many of those cannabis books are written by people who work with/for LEO and they are teaching you how to poison yourself while making your grow easy to spot by LEO
