I wish I had it all figured out, just trying to keep the kids fed really. These are the best 2 Bruce banner males. I hope to use them to pollinate the Bruce banner 3 clone and a few others just in case I need a bunch of seeds for a big outdoor.

Will do, the one on the left is the what is in the second pic. It’s on a 6” block to raise it closer to the light. Shorter and looks better.

yep. thats how i work. i like to pair stuff in a logical way. & other times, like anybody would understand, we chuck to, well, just chuck & use any male around. the bb#3 i have in a 3gal smartie probably has a 12" cola. plant is way og type stretchy & floppy. anything short & stocky is a good match.

however, when i did the kitty hawk cross, which is a chuck, i was using a small & stocky ak47 influenced female cherry malawi & hit her with a lanky alcatraz og male. the combo seemed too good to be true.

ive only grown out a few seeds, but the result is, so far, really nice.

i did the sour dubbs x blue dream for the same reason.

That’s good to know on the bb3, I will add a bunch of protekt until the end of stretch to help things out and will run more smaller plants or stick them in the double trellis spot. Much like the chimpmints.

It’s been a little bit since I have made seeds, since I became the only worker in the house I have to be much more consistent with harvests. When I have made seeds I like to make a bunch and run 100 at a time culling for any imperfection down to the 30 or so best under 2 lights packed in tight. This time I might just make a room full of seeds and plant every burnt area from the forest fires and maybe it will change the world.

i think the dream n' dubble (fem) would do great outside.

ill be sure to pass you off some beans.

*

i feel you on the only worker situation.

gotta trim , transplant , re-organize the tents, take some cuts, and more... all on my last day off.

my job is such heavy lifting & furious work (8 hrs crammed into 5 hrs) i hurt my shoulder and cant even take off from chores or work.

sucks. but it doesn't suck.

little coffee. little flower. one dab. & off to the garden ;-)

Getting closer. Been putting together pieces for the new spot. Got the 400 amp meter base and 2 200 amp boxes for the inside, going with 4x4 trays for each light. De hps on 6’ centers with cmh315s hanging in aisle. This run will help.

Hammers peyote purple x Mac have got me excited with their fat leaf look. This Bruce banner seed plant is winning the room so far but there is still a month to go.

I too have Bruce Banner seeds to go through. Not next up, but within the next year I'll run them.

I got lucky with 7 of 10 being females and there are 5 potential keepers, none are real stretchy. The males look good and we will see what they pass on. I will pollinate the c99, bb3, and a few others if the results are positive. It’s going to be a good winter.

Donuts?

Donuts?

Going to get the sex scope out and up pot the ladies to 3 gals. and hopefully to put the best 36 in their spots in the next two weeks maybe three.

What is floating on top of the liquid in that 5 gal bucket? Looks like a couple glazed donuts. :)

Mosquito dunks. I have them floating in water in every room. It’s a lazy way to help control fungus knats. In flower rooms let the dehuey and ac drain to a trash can and keep a few mosquito dunks floating in it and I use that water for veg. In veg I just set a 5 gal. bucket out with the dunks in it.

That is a great idea, I have never had a "serious" issue with fungus gnats until my current run. I have never seen so many in my life, not sure what the hell is going on but I have thousands, if not more. I believe by the looks of the large numbers of flyers, I could have a potential problem with larvae and root damage. I'm going to have to do something, would like to get it under control before I flip which is postponed because of this issue.

Does watering in a solution of water/mosquitoe dunks eradicate the larvae pretty well? In my situation, I actually thought about adding a light layer of carbaryl "sevin" and watering it through the soil. Then flushing it out well afterwards, the plant won't absorb it as it is not systemic so no worries with any sort of toxicity...

Also, those fat leaves on the mac crosses have got me anxious to see how they turn out as well, very nice chunky indica fans... Love seeing those! I have a few in my room currently with super broad leaves as well. My Cannarado Cookie Dough Sundaes (forum gsc x Sundae driver) are pretty fat. Then I have a humble pie pheno from DVG that's fat. Then I got a few Doc Holidays from greenpoint that are broad as well... I agree, amigo :canabis: it is indeed going to be a great winter! :watchplant:

Everything is looking fantastic.

Right before and that first week after flip I would do a rotation of products 3-4 days apart for 3 or 4 applications. Organicide, azamax, spinosad, plant therapy, growsafe, green cleaner. I have had good luck with the root cleaner for fungus knats just drenching the coco. Organicide kills eggs and larvae and you can get it at Home Depot or ace. Drench with it or root cleaner and spray the surface every few days with it or any of those others. I would not put broke up mosquito dunks or bits in or on the soil, they grow mold.

Looks good! I am gonna have to get me a cloner one day. Have been using the old school method I learned about 15 years ago still to this day. Promix or a peat/perlite mix, clear plastic cups (to check for roots easily), rooting powder and a dome. I am very old school with almost all of my growing techniques. Hell I havent even experimented with coco yet lol. I bet I am missing out...:tiphat:

I like to do a little of everything but old school is the way. The aerocloner makes great roots and they never slow down at transplant but 5 hours without power and they are screwed. Next preferred is hormex plugs in a root raft, nothing easier and pretty quick. For volume though it’s promix in trays on a grated misting table in the greenhouse. It’s about time to start building moms for next years outdoor. Happy Thanksgiving everybody!

I cut a few gorilla bubble branches to look over, she frosted up nicely and the smell is a strong musky turpentine pine tar and heavy. Lower under buds are covered in trichomes, should squish well.
Going to need lots of rooms to run all the room fulls of clones I want to run room fulls of.

Wow, you did great with it on this run! Beautiful and frosty for sure. Your dialing it in my friend, it will only get better from here on out. Hope you had a wonderful Thanksgiving. I love to eat, so Thanksgiving is one of my favorite holidays... Could not imagine the heaven I would be in if I were harvesting nice frosty nugs like that, at the same time! :tiphat:
