I was interested in purchasing some but I am curious if anyone has insight to the shelf life of the product

I want to buy quantity for discount but if I don't use it quickly will it lose vitality over time?

Can you explain how spores that germinate on contact with roots are supposed to germinate in 24 hours in a aqueous culture?

There are no live cultures from the indian lab , that is the source for OGBioWar ,

The guy who runs OGBioWar is NOT a microbiologist and does NOT manufacture anything himself. He has the packages branded in India and shipped here on container ship.

The minimum order from india is 45kg which is about 1000 shipped to the west coast.

so your comments completely lack relativity and thus are irreverent to this discussion

60% RH for it to work as a foliar. Irrelevant for soil drench. I can tell you it has been a godsend for my Root Aphid problem. Takes out Fungus Gnats also. Never had Thrips, but I'm sure it would knock them out too. Of course I'd rather it were made in America, but I'll take what I can get that will do the job. Good luck. -granger

They have a special mix for roots/root aphids:
http://ogbiowar.com/product/root-pack/

Don't know what the difference is, but it's made for drenching root system/killing root aphids.

It's available on Ebay with 3-4 day delivery:
http://www.ebay.com/itm/like/330934636032?lpid=82

Also available from Ireland, with two week shipping. They have all three types:

I buy it direct from OGBioWar. I use both Root and Foliar at full strength [4 tsp/gal each] for a drench about every 10 days. First killed large numbers [many months ago] with an Insecticide Soap drench, immediately flushed till runoff wasn't soapy. Then began drenches weekly for a month. Now about evey 10-14 days. No RA's that I can find or see effects of. Because of experience, I will continue this regime for the next year, then periodically for the duration. Good luck. -granger

It's good to know that there are organic solutions for root aphids, instead of all those nasty chemicals that we had to use years ago. No more toxins=good news.
OG Biowar will also kill broad mites, a more difficult and harmful pest. That makes it something that should be in everyone's arsenal.
