hi there,

first sorry for not doing the last week update, real life and real problem sometime get in the way...sorry

the plants dont look amazing, been the whole summer under the HPS with the heat was not the best for them

I should had cut one of them a few days ago, but still here... I will chop two of them tonite

the other two the two more sativa leaning still there and really pretty, and they are getting full os resina, the other two are more OG, and have more unwanted seeds, and less resina...

the smells are amazing, the organic aproach I think has been the right chooice, even if the quantity is not as much as old grows

73 days of 12/12

rik78, beautiful fade on the Reina Madre x Bubba 76. Interesting to see the fading yellow and gold colors, along with new white pistils. Did you harvest from very dry soil? I let my last round of Destroyer x Pakistanai Chitral Kush start to cure on the plant with similar colors to the colors in your harvested flower tops, but that only took her 126 days of flowering 12/12 to turn gold and yellow colors.

Hopefully you'll share a smoke report. I'd love to hear your thoughts on the effect of Reine Madre.

I assume Bubba 76 is mostly indica, or did you select a thin leaf Bubba 76? Not much information on Reina Madre. Enjoy the fruits of your harvest.

PS> Beautiful sunny, clear fall weather in Colorado this year. Cheers.

hey Satva, thanks for stoping by!!

the fade was not all on purpose... I cut the N to soon, the buds are full of seeds, it was summer with high temps.... so to be fair, I have to say that under normal circustances they would have finish greener.

working of the smoke report right now.... smoking a pipe of it
its really smooth and nice...
highwise you have first the sativa Reina clear head, uplifting, creative and after a couple of bowl... booom the kush hits your head and the sofa star dragging you, chocolate calling you, and you need to think twice before making the last one
tastewise, sweet, musky, earthy
olorwise, very low odor, dificult to point out

you right the Bubba76 is a cross of Bubba Kush Pre98 and some old Kush genetic from 76 (go figure... all publicity), so yeah full on indica

I plan on running this cross again and make f3

about the Reina Madre, everybody speak very high of her, always between the best sativas in the spanish forums, for my this is the first cross I smoke of her, so can really tell you more

I do have some more crosses of her, so I will look for similarties on them
