I'm about to take you all along for the ride as I'm looking for the next best Stuff to run.

You gonna see Plants on Ebb-Flow with Hydropebbles fed with Hy-Pro Nute's.

Currently I'm making a frist cross: Amnesia(DC Cut)*Tangy(male)
and selecting a bunch of Stuff.

What is this Never heard of the DC cut

Amnesia(DC Cut) this a new selected cut from last years ?



That should be a nice Fast sativa Hybrid with a cool terp profil, AMnesia x Tange

Yo,
The DC Cut came recently from Hy-Pro Seeds. It was a project where almost all Amnesia out there was selected again to go away from the Core Cut. I could tell some bad stuff on the expensive seeds out there, but who would listen You will be seeing it, for sure. I'll be running it up and down.

That's the K.O.Cane #1 Cut (parents: Shaqzilla*Kronocane), which I selected recently and now giving it a first try on Hydro:

It goes from 10 cm to 100cm during Strech. That was Day 28.

That's a start.

The Tangy though, it has this weird turn. Not for chilling, it makes you active or something, good for party's, but who does that every night. That's what I hope to improve by crossing. Cause the aroma is outstanding on the Tangy. The ADC is f#*# strong and brings very good yield and performance. Can't go wrong I hope.

So it was recently selected from one of the old Hy pro packs ? ore its from the Super Strain packs they do the last years.

Just asking as they where pretty differnt when i grew them out.


Nice to see somone did a selection on it, for somthing differnt, with the cuts being zo availebel.


Got any Pic's for us and a desciprion, this intrest me.

I would recommend this one in general. All pheno's were somehow interesting and one is still waiting to show what she's got...

Hey All
Looking at Day 14 right now. Not going to be long any more:

The upper one's show nicely the ADC coming up surrounded by Tange males.

Can you make a comment on the male? It's the first time I let one run.

Your male will start to drop pollen in 1 to 2 weeks max. He a bit skinny for flowers, but that doesnt mean it will give lower yielding ofspring.

This is a good moment to check his Stem rub and see what smells he got as he in flower now, the male pollen can have smell aswell.


Your female should have been a bit further in flower, for full seedproduction, A good rough time for most female's in a 9/10 week strain is 30/35 days flower. for perfect polination time.

You will get some very nice seeds tho when early stage polination, just not so much as the otherway around.

Is it a good idea to put the pollen in a small film container with some rice?

ya ive noticed if you drop pollen to early you end up with bigger seeds and less..

and the difference in amount of seeds is HUGE.. like done right.. i can hit 1000 seeds a plant. if done incorrect.. the same size plant wont hit over 200. sometimes Lower.

do you see the same or ?

Plan now is to try to collect the pollen and wait to the proper moment for the mommy
First one have opened.

what is your preferred way to collect and store the pollen?

Collect whole 'sacks' or just shake it into something?

Collecting pollen wasn't as easy as I imagined. You tap that boy once and he's dropping like it's hot But now it's done. I got enough. Next time it'll be more

I am sure it has even more potential, cause I had adjustment problems with both pH and EC meters.

Less interesting, considering the performance, but still, it has rockhard Buds, that will probably finish in 50 Day's and the weed, when I selected it, had this minty aroma, like toothpaste. I just can't let it go.

Awesome info !!!!!!!! I have been making my own seeds for a couple years now. I give them away to growers I know, and of course run a bunch of them myself. Usually end up with a decent amount from the process that op is using. Now I'm gonna give this way a try, and hopefully make enough seeds to hand them out 100's at a time!!!! Got a seed batch halfway done now.......the round after them the males are going in after 3-4 weeks of lowring has passed for the females.

Two weeks ago they started really to suck in the nutes and finished that light mix. So the gotten Canna Bio yesterday.

Update on Tange*Amnesia

They took a lot when i collected the pollen, so it is what it is. I dropped some more at Day 30 on the Headbuds. Let's hope we'll come out with a decent number.
They were hungrier than a #*#*#*#, so they got ca. 0,35ml/1l PK 13/14 at 29. Still wanting for N it seems.
Anyone some guidelines on nutrition needs during seed production?

I pulled the first seed from a calyxe on the stem. I am really confused with this bio nut. This is def the last pot with soil. I already got some Hempies ready.

Keeper. Good performance. Good yield. Very sticky, especially when you crack a bud. It's got a very spicy haze aroma.

Now focus is on D's Jack and Tange/Amnesia when popping new seeds.

I totally screwd the day-count of the Tange*Amnesia. Annyway, I think today is perfectly 8 weeks past. They look pretty ready. The seeds seem to be ripe. Dark brown with nice thin patterns
I'll just keep the scissors close.
